Contest Brief

I need an animated "Lurk" emote created for my Twitch channel. I would like this emote to look like the old video game "Duck Hunt" and feature the hound dog laughing and sinking into the weeds followed by the word 'Lurk!".

Obviously for twitch I will need it in these sizes:
Sizes 28 x 28 pixels , 56 x 56 pixels , and 112 x 112 pixels
