Creating Shelf Label Template for Small Retail Business

Contest Brief

I'm looking to have a label designed for advertising my confectionary products on shelving in a small retail store. I have hundreds of products so I need the final design to be a template that I can easily change details in, while keeping things central and neat.

I do have access to photoshop so a psd should be fine (open to other options though).

The dimensions of said label must be 110w by 60h (mm).

The design must include:
a product name in large text (could be 15-30 characters long),
a product description in smaller text (could be 1-3 sentences long),
weight of the product,
price of the product,
an area for the "4 Dots" images provided (likely in a single line. most products will only have 1 or 2 of these Dots, so the design needs to look good with AND without them present (we will likely have a Legend placed in the shop, meaning the dots don't need to be too big),
an area to designate location of origin (Made in Australia, Locally Made, Made in Germany, etc. perhaps using the countries flag? perhaps in text of similar size to the description? not sure how we would indicate they're locally made using the flag option, but the idea of an image is more appealing than text at this time),

Our shop has a two tone timber theme, with Dark Brown Timber above the waist and Shiny White below. The walls are painted candy pink and white in vertical/alternating stripes. Our logo is currently yellow (but may be changing soon to match the rest of the theme).

The Current Labels image shows the system the previous owners used. Nothing wrong with it (aside from being dated), but as the entire shop is being renovated it is time to upgrade the label system accordingly.

The Example Template provided was just my quick unskilled attempt to show a general idea, but I am very open to interpretation and improvement.

The colour of the confectionary in the shop is very vibrant, so the labels would likely be best in a subtle form. Easily digestible information in a subtle but pretty format. Some kind of border is required, whether it is an actual border or just an outline of some kind, as we need to be able to cut them out of white A4 paper.

A big focus is ensuring everything is neat and will stay neat when the data is edited between products.

EDIT 1: I notice it says below that the accepted formats are limited to those 4, but I definitely need a PSD or similar editable file.

EDIT 2: Designs are looking good with the 4 dots, but if a product had 0 of the 4 dots applicable, there would be a huge empty white space there. This is what I am trying to avoid. The dots should be visible but not the focal point.
