  You can use stock images if you want but because a lot of other marketing books use stock images and I want this to stand out, I would prefer if it were original work.

  Hello. I am interested in your project and I like the way you pointed out what you want. I have a question about your funnel image: are you interested in those colours specifically or you want only the idea of a funnel designed in a catchy way with the colours I consider appropriate(that is: can the funnel have only one colour, or two or more or are we bound to use those colours?). Thank you!

  You are not bound by those colours no. I used that as an example because I felt the use of multiple colours in this way would attract the eye, but don't let that limit your creativity.
