Contest Brief

RECON is an Android based mobile phone application to automatically read number plates from cars. It is used by law enforcement agencies to identify vehicles of interest as they undertake their day to day activities. As such the logo needs to be strong and have a police / military feel to it that conveys a feeling of confidence and strength. The product will be sold in many countries so it should avoid using the colors or symbology specific to a particular agency. Dark Blue and Black are the traditional colours used by these types of agencies. We need .png as well as .ai or .psd files upon being successful. Art work needs to scale well for large format printing.
