Need a withdrawal schedule for a Canadian Registered Education Savings Plan, allowing 2 children to each receive the same amount over time.

2 withdrawals each year per child, September and January.
4 years education per child.
Child 1 is in the middle of year 2. (Jan 2024) (he will have 4 withdrawals remaining, Sept 2024, Jan & Sept 2025, Jan /26)
Child 2 starts September 2025.
Investment currently earns 4% return.
Begin with Original Balance was $101,500
But Child 1 has already received total of $24,500. (As of Jan 2024),
Current Remaining balance in plan as of January 2024 is $77,000 (After child 1 has received $24,500)
