Contest Brief

I am looking for a logo designer to create a text-based RECTANGULAR (ideally 2X1) logo for my brand (RIO PROPERTY) with a slogan.I also need a discreet icon to insert in picture or video . I already have a design brief prepared and am looking for a logo/icon in SVG format. I am open to creative interpretations, but would like the logo and icon to remain within the boundaries of what was articulated in the design brief. Thank you


Here is the brief :

This work is for a new luxury real estate company : RIO PROPERTIES (in Rio de Janeiro city, which is a beach, natural (mountain, tropical florest, sunshine area). I don t want fanciful logo but simple (only text base).

- Regarding the logo, has to be sober and elegant and text base with slogan under (Real estate and property management, UPPER case only . Colors can be blue, grey, black, red with a line to separate the slogan
- Regarding the icon AVOID TO DISTORT LETTERS, HORIZONTAL IS PERFECT, just find the good nesting).The purpose is to use it on real estate video copyright or as favicon (just be visible but discreet, I mean the thinner/with some transparency part, the better, it s to aim preventing my competitors from using the video and only for this purpose, and NOT TO tarnish the video and disturb visual comfort.

I have attached a logo model I did (AudioWide google font which I liked and would be nice to keep using it). As it represents strong basis visual for serious and secured investment (our home).

I have also attached the logo i did, and the thin logo for insert.(ideally I would like to have the thin logo from same font as logo, can be Audiowide font too but in this case get it thinner or transparent background letters).

I DON T WANT LOGO USING THE SAME ICON I PROVIDE (I just provide it to show the style I would like but I didn t like it because it s different from the large font I used for the logo)

The website is rio-properties .com (in construction), the company name RIO PROPERTY.(NO "-")
BUT READ JUST THE DETAILS WITH ATTENTION, LISTEN TO ME THEN YOU WON T MAKE MISTAKES.
I WANT IT SIMPLE BUT ELEGANT.
