Design a logo for a conference in Mexico City, MX. The conference theme is CONNECT and the organization is called LEN. The organization is the Latino Employee Network (LEN) for a railroad.

In the logo for the conference, the word "CONNECT" should be prominent in the middle, and contain the text, LEN Conference 2023. Also try to incorporate elements of the Mexico City Skyline, train tracks, and the primary color should be orange.
