logo redesign property management

Contest Brief

I am looking for a graphic designer to redesign my property management company's logo. I am open to suggestions for a color scheme but I prefer a minimalist style for the logo. I will be looking to do a rebrand and thought a good starting place will be the logo. I want a strong vibrant colour to feature icon on the left simple text on the right. I do not have any specific elements or symbols in mind for the logo, but I am open to suggestions an I DO NOT! want your obvious cliche house icons. The ideal candidate should have experience in logo design and be able to provide creative and modern designs.
