I am looking for a skilled designer who can create a vintage-style t-shirt design for my project. I am looking for a t-shirt logo design and back of t-shirt design. The design is inspired by the creative on 'Austin Powers The Spy who shagged me'. I have included a powerpoint file to show rough mockup/direction I am looking for.
