Contest Brief

We are opening a Mexican bar and restaurant called 'Mexology Bar and Kitchen' in Malaga, Spain. We are looking for something quite contemporary and hip and, if possible, a little bit fun. We wish to avoid Mexican cliches like sombreros, cactus etc. It is in the mid price range so not fine dining so we don't want it to look like an expensive restaurant in Manhattan and not an American chain restaurant. It is not fast food either. It is a place where people can feel comfortable having a meal or just a few drinks with friends in a casual atmosphere.
