Contest Brief

I need an experienced interior designer with a good sense of modern styles to help me with the interior design of my loft.

Key Project Details:

- The style I prefer for the loft is modern. Skills or experience with this kind of design will be favored.

- The loft is less than 500 sq ft in size. Understanding of space utilization in small areas is critical for this project.

- The conversion is to serve as a self contained kitchenette and living area for my elderly parents. Ability to create a cozy and functional combo design for such spaces is essential.

Previous experience with similar projects and a portfolio showcasing your work is a requirement. Looking forward to seeing your design proposals.
