    JPEG & PNG are post-Export formats, they have nothing to be edited/modified.... SVG (scalable Vector Graphics - Vector Images formed by mathematical equations) has a little bit Editing capability but they are for logos not for Human Images (raster Images made from Pixels)... Source File is Available in PSD Format... Photoshop has ability to process both raster and vector.. plus camera raw filters, curves and saturations are applied ...
