Video Game Trailer (Mobile)

Contest Brief

Utilising the materials available in the shared drive (link below) the project should deliver a charming game trailer (approx 20-25 seconds) for a mobile puzzle game called Forest Foxes.

Included files:
1) A few minutes of game footage from the game editor (this will need to be alpha-clipped to include only the phone simulator).
2) Photoshop file of a feature graphic and a few additional assets
3) Preferred Background Music
4) Additional animation footage from the game (animals sleeping/walking/idle) animations.

This is a competition so use your best judgement but there are a few points that are expected in the output:

- Landscape trailer - although the game footage is mostly portrait you will need to have something occupying the 'dead' space in nice way.
- The opening second or two should include the feature graphic
- This is a family friendly game and targets people of all ages - cuts and edits should be appropriate, timed to the audio and paced appropriately
- No extended clips of 'nothing' happening
- Use of additional (appropriate) assets such as stars/sparkles/particles is totally acceptable so long as they are in-keeping with the forest themed puzzle game.
- Game (and footage) includes three game modes, one is a grid based puzzle, one is a maze based mode and the third is a larger (greyer) grid puzzle. Footage must focus on the primary grid and maze based game. The larger/grey footage is optional.

The objective is to be as appealing as possible, focusing on cute, family friendly game play so it will engage and drive traffic to the Google/IOS stores.

The final product should be a complete video file that's ready to upload to youtube. If you're the selected winner and edits are required these will be negotiated and be eligible for an additional payment (probably an additional 50% of the original prize value).

      Hi, there are over a thousand levels spanning a range of difficulties. This trailer should be 'store agnostic' as it'll act as the video-promo in both apple store and google play.
