At this stage we have a preliminary floor plan of the villa. We are expecting the freelancer to propose improvement for the current plans if there are any. We expect that the deliverables for this project will include the necessary drawings along, a visualization tour video of the space (Indoor and Outdoor) and original file to be submitted. Hi Christian, I have a building already drawn up. I also have a DWG file with 50 cm elevation lines and boundaries. The issue is that the rules for building on my plot are very restrictive. The building is only allowed to be 4.5m high from the AVERAGE ground level (there is a formula for this). This means that the building will be souterrain to fit two floors. I want to simulate different placements to maximize average ground level. An iterative macro. Do you think you can help with this? BR

The RED line represents the elevation changes on this in and out trail so you can see it's mirrored. However, it makes for a decent mountain-scape. I am drawing on HD Arch 2021...same floorplan of tiny homes on wheels, thows, all 10-0 wide by 20-0, 25-0 and 2 at 35-0 long. Each with same basic loft floorplan and trailer plan. The biggest problem I have is that there are multiple 1st floor levels and ceiling heights. Also, 3d views which require proper floor and ceiling levels. Therefore, the plan set will include at least 3, maybe 4 section plans. All trailer, framing, elevation plans will be similar. All detail drawings will be same. All fixture drawings will be similar.
