Hello there HaseebYounis, I am working on a mini bioinformatics project and I feel the need for help. I came across you and if you feel like you were able to help me let me know. Here's a summary of the my mini project: I have NGS data coming from an evolution experiment where 4 yeast populations were evolved in 4 different environments throughout 1000 generations. The environments were NaCl, Ethanol, and Lithium Acetate (2 different concentrations). The NaCl population was crossed with the other 3 to obtain F1 hybrids, which were later used to get F2 hybrids.
