Creeperdesktop jobs

I would like an extremely simple program for mac osx. What it does is connect to a url which i can provide in the "file" and returns a console type window. This type of program was already made in java but its JDK7 and has multiple main classes so i couldn't bundle it as a mac app. To find out what i mean, search "minecraft console" and thats what i need just in an application. This application connects to said url and displays the text, also lets you send text. This app uses a API key from creeper I would need a way to save a api key so that every time i start the app i don't need to enter it.
