I need a Book Price Comparison Site. I have the templates ready. The main feature of the site is that it searches all the major bookstores (about 40 sites) I have access to most of the sites api's, datafeeds, etc. Book Search will basically be divided into two parts: Books with ISBN's and Out-of-Print/Rare. Books with ISBN's (which is usually called inprint) search will search our databases of product information, bring back a list of books based on the visitors search (which will need to be accurate and bring back the best results at the top). Clone http://www.antonline.com. What they did is to combining 6 suppliers' datafeeds and map their products into appropoite categories at least once a day automatically. There may be overlapped products among the suppliers but the website will only show the cheapest one. Also there may be different names for the same product among the suppliers, the program should be able to recogonize that. When a customer buy a product, the website will fetch the real time quantity for that product again to make sure no back order.
