I am using Zoho CRM Contacts module to capture all merchant information, including payments and delivery details. For most of the integrations with other common apps I am using Zoho Flow. As part of the payments, I am using...merchant so they can self access to see what is the progress of their application without having to call FoodPanda's hotline. I know Zoho CRM has a portal functionality for this but I can't seem to make it work.
