Hi. I have 2 different spreadsheets. They were originally made on Microsoft excel. See attached pictures. One is a meal plan document and a nutrient database document. An extended formula was made for me. The formula enabled for each row, there was a drop-down menu that I could select which food and this would sync the food, protein, carbohydrate, dietary fibre and dietary fat for the specific food selected I would be able to adjust the numbers to calculate the calories and macronutrients for the food. I need a carbon fibre mobility scooter frame (modelled in Creo) completed. This small project is for the second MKII prototype to test the proof of concept. The OpenVPN Access server is sitting in a VPC but I can't seem to pull faster than about 30Mbps from my windows client. Windows Client is connected to a 500Mbps Fibre If I have another window EC2 inside the VPC (no VPN required) I can pull 200Mbps from the same source.
