Flashelements project website jobs

Hello, i need the remake of an existing website: It must be done in JOOMLA, so our customer can change things by his own. The only thing that has to be changed is the Flashmenu. Instead of the Flashmenu, we need a simple html-menu in same style (red background, without animation). The website has to be SEO optimized, must be readable by Google etc. The job has to be finished by Saturday (5th of september). Payment with GAF escrow system. If the job is done excellent.
