Hi Guys, I'm currently using Hesk's Help Desk and using software to pass variables via URL String. The string example is similar to the below link @domain&subject=test&message=this-is-a-test-message However, I have entered custom fields that the user has to submit data to but when trying to pass these via the URL string it does not capture them. Example @domain.C O M&subject=test&message=this-is-a-test-message&custom1=test The custom1 value is not being passed to the ticket. This is where I require help as there is more than one custom value that is automatically pulled from the DB which you can work out from the code. When I submit the form, the form adds data to the database and at the same time, I would like the variables pushed out to a specific work document which will then print a hard copy. See attached.

At the moment the software will merge (keep together) a conversation if it has the same 13 character "reference" code, e.g. "TES-TCO-DE44" will merge it with other conversations with this reference. My emails come from a SMS gateway so the sender will always be the same, e.g. 07xxxxxxxxx at , likewise the subject. I need the script modified so that it merges conversations with the same email address. There is already a merge function where you pass the two thread ids you want to merge so this could be used. This is in regard to the software from Hesk called Help Desk. I need it modified to suit my needs. Mostly just stripping out most of the functions. I am only going to use this for a knowledgebase. And yes, I have done what other people have done to do this, but that is not what I want. Additionally, I want the logon as the first page. Few other changes, but nothing hard for someone how knows PHP.
