We have a bottle stickering line where bottles go over a Assembly line where the bottle goes through a product sticker (marked with a laser sensor). when the laser sensor has been triggered a new label will be pushed foward for the next bottle. This system is now broken. This works with a HMI touchscreen. The manufacturer does not respond back, so we need to make a new solution. I am thinking about a arduino/esp32 for the coding. We have relais, the wave a plc controller type: DVP-14SS2 (if even needed) We have a large steppenmotor and a label reading unit (that can be ignored if we use the sole steppenmotor). Can someone help us with this so that the sticker unit can work again. We have many more projects within our company, so it will be a longer cooperation.

A small Water Treatment Plant. I want to monitor 4 pumps, running signal and fault signal for each. There is also 5 Analog signals monitoring Tank levels. There is no control. All Pumps and Tanks will be seen on a HMI Faults/low and high Tank level will send an SMS. Analog signals to be spanned via HMI along with setting high / low level fault heights in percentage. I am looking for someone that can spec the basic equipment needed to get a CNC saw stop working for a metal bandsaw in a welding shop. I will design and build the mechanics of it. But I need someone to spec out a simple hmi and whatever else is required to get it functioning. I want to be able to set in specific distances and have the backstop auto adjust. Needs to be fast and accurate and strong. I’m thinking servo motor with a belt drive as it needs to travel 12-14 feet. A simple turn dial would even work good to position without having to type.
