I was told that I didn't have to file a declaration after all for the year 2021 (I lmoved from Portugal in October 2020 and my tax residency is in Greece). I managed to update all my personal info to reflect that on the portal but I noticed a message under Integrated Position saying 'The delivery of the IRS model 3 declaration for 2021 is yet to be regularized'.
