I sell over 1,000 products in various categories. 60% of customers via mobile. Need strong, timely communication skills to convey recommendations in a clear and coherent manner. I need to be part of the team. I have no tech ability...I need "current" ideas. I make quick decisions. Please share previous Magento experience. I'll look at Magento web sites you have done this year. I will NOT move from Magento. Been Magento since version 1.0
