hi again! I want to re-hire you for an extension to our new site. We need membership enabled (it's already installed) for clients to log in. when they login in, they should see the RSTickets extension (you will need to download and install this please). Customer will need to contact use from this login page. It should be hidden from non members. later on, we will extend this page to support billing (eCommerce) and resource/knowledgebase.
It is a 6 year old site. Never upgraded, but was working fine. The site uses Community Builder, RSTickets, Fireboard and Jdownloads (and few others - mostly not used). Here is a list of all folders in the "components" folder: com_banners, com_comprofiler, com_contact, com_content, com_fireboard, com_groupjive, com_jdownloads, com_linkr, com_mailto, com_media, com_newsfeeds, com_poll, com_pollxt, com_quickfaq, com_rstickets, com_search, com_user, com_weblinks, com_wrapper. I have implemented the RSTickets! Pro joomla extension on a website and want the ability to export all of the data that is entered into the fields of the RSTickets support system by the website users. Currently, I can only export default fields such as name, username and e-mail address of each user. I want the ability to export the custom fields I have added to the RSTickets component, such as Country, Company Name and Phone Number. The new extension would preferably produce a CSV file with all the of the user data from the default and custom fields together.

Hi, I encounter scripts conflicts on a Joomla website, but only with IE. It works fine with others browsers : Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari. Here's the configuration : 1. Joomla 2.5.9 2. I want to eliminate which is where we currently do our scheduling and billing. I have installed RSTickets into a Joomla 1.7 site. It works well but needs customizing. I also need custom code written to pull the ticket detail out of RSTicket. They said it can be done but they do not have it built in now. ...think that RSTickets system will work for my needs (people will submit orders as tickets) but I need to modify ticket form to accomodate all my fields (for 10 items) and do calculations (Java on the fly or Recalculate button) or ability to add fields for more items if needed (AJAX?). On submit event I will need it to email me and customer table view summary of all items (I provide template sample). On the thank you page I'd like to have three options for my customers: Pay with Paypal, Pay with Google checkout, Pay later.
