We want to open our platform to the ad exchange markets for the ...publishers. We can do that in Real Time Bidding We are going to use RTBkit. A platform (c++,Nginx) has been set in our internal server. As soon as we receive the request for ads we need to submit a bid request to our RTB platform which must be connected to major exchange markets. We need to achieve the installation of our platform with all needed component (Ad Exchange Connectors, bidding agent, data loggers and augmenters) and to set the necessary scripts in PHP needed to submit the request to the RTB platform and to collect the response to send to the impressions we receive. We are looking for a resource to setup and write a extension for real time bidding framework with google adwords using RTB Tool kit (). We have to write this in c++ in ubuntu environment. This project would be technically challenging as we need to respond within 100 milliseconds and also handle around 25000 request per second on this. I would like to have someone install on a virtual machine, develope a connector to connect though API to the OAS (Open AdStream Version 12 Local), from 247 Media. OAS API documentation will be provided, and should follow IAB OpenRTB 2.1 especification. Will also need to install a connector to connect the RTBKit on The Trade Desk exchange. RTBKit is available on Github, such as a few Exchange connectors that can be used as starting point.
