We want to observe the trends in sales, most selling product, most profitable product, least profitable product etc. We want to see the customers trends and see which customers are buying less and vice versa. Please recommend technology we are open to feedback. Along with this i will like another separate file for another user who will look after the Customer Service and sales side of the business. I would like this second file to extract selective data from the master file and propmt the user to make phone calls to existing customer and note down the call notes and mark that a certain customer has been contacted on this date and will be needed to be contacted again in 1 month...
