Hi polymer expert. This is a long shot.. We need make an aluminum roller with an outer ring of hard enough plastic/rubber. The problem is that we don't know which plastic/rubber to use. We are FAR from any experts on polymers, but we ran few simulations, and came to the conclusion that the need a material with an elastic modulus at around 400MPa and a yield strength of around 50MPa. What material fits this spec or is it possible to mix such ourselves in a lab?
