We're looking for someone to perform due diligence about a specific real estate company based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi area. This is for an overseas based investor looking to decide whether or not to proceed with investment partnership. Tasks: - Contact via phone major agents in the area to see company's reputation - Preferably also 1-2 site visits on prior projects that the company has done (meal and transportation costs will be provided) - Contact construction companies that company has worked with in the past You can also suggest other ideas related to this project.
