We have a customer with some Symbol / Motorola MC3190 portable devices that run on a legacy Windows CE 6.0 OS. While a project to renew those is currently being worked on, they have some refurbished devices that look good and work well overall, however, all the changes made are lost after the device reboots. Common solutions have already been tried (storing into the Applications folder, reinstalling from an SD card).
