We are developers, designers, and builders. We have a seven-unit townhome project which will incorporate two different floor plans, as well as a reversed plan of each of the two primary plans. We will create all construction drawings, details, and specifications for the project. We require an architect to review the plans, make any recommendations necessary, and then provide a stamp for our drawings. The Architect may provide a quote and a timeline for production services.
