I'm looking for someone skilled in Blender to create a cartoonish character model for a VRChat avatar. The model needs to be fully rigged and able to support a range of pose changes. Specific customization elements that the character model must include are his guns with shoot effects, which should be a toggle feature, a removable hat and glasses, and a coffin. Experience in creating VRChat avatars is a plus.
