Hello need overvoltage protection and reverse polarity protection added to an existing pcb design. It's a generator controller that is powered by 48-60vdc. As the generator produces DC, it needs protection from overvoltage in the following scenario. If the 48v battery bank is disconnected whilst engine is running, the voltage will rise above 60v damaging the onboard regulators(1 * 5v and 1 * 12v). I want the Vin to be disconnected immediately upon an overvoltage scenario with autorecovery.
I am constructing a permanent magnet generator but the generator experiences a voltage drop on load which is normal. The prime mover of the generator is a DC motor. I need a Arduino hardware that can read the output voltage of the generator and if the voltage is below a certain level, the Arduino should increase the voltage going to the DC motor so as to increase the speed of the motor.

I have a battery backed power supply circuit. Block diagram attached. 5 - 12v DC input (VIN) which charges battery as well as supply power to dc/dc converter. to switch between battery and VIN im using a P-CH mosfet DMG3415U-7. If the battery bank/load is disconnected from generator output while engine is running, the voltage will increase and need to protect the controller from overvoltage. We have a Jmeter script (attached) in to scale test our website. In the script the users all come on and complete actions at the same time, which isn't realistic. Instead of the 10s wait time between actions we would like it to be a random time between 5s and 15s.
