I need to have the design of a face mask made. It will cover the whole face (refer full face ). The design should look like a funny, cartoonish, smiling red colored car. It should have at least eyes and smile. If I print it and put it on my face, the eyes should be in place of real eyes, the smile should be in place of real smile i.e. the proportions of the final image should match accordingly. The resolution should be at least 2160x3840. Also check other reference images. The mask should be a standard size that fits most people comfortably.
