Ztdummy jobs

I need someone who has experience setting up Asterisk under VM, especially under HyperV. The main problem is choppy sound when playing Asterisk system sounds. This problem seems to be quite common and related to timing issues in VM; I've already tried out (unsuccessfully) different methods, which seemed to have worked with VMWare, but do not work with HyperV (vm kernel, kernel flags, ztdummy). Because this project is time sensitive, I'd like to hire someone who has first hand experience / working case with this setup and can provide a quick fix/how to.

I need a config. for freepbx what I need is a configuration in asterisk () that do the following 1 ) config one or more internal extensions. to work with time condition. example I have extension 1000. when a call is incoming in this extension to set time and when 4.5 minutes have passed. then send the actual call to park slot via blind transfer. I need a way to implement a type of conference / MeetMe type application that has 1 speaker and multiple listeners. However, and this is the important part! It must be able to function without a timing source. ie, it must not depend on zaptel or ztdummy. Create a dial plan and any supporting utilities so that asterisk can be made to dial-out to a number, and use that call as the source. Then call 2 or more other numbers, and pipe the sound from the source call to these calls.

Need help setting up an OpenVZ platform with Trixbox CE(latest preferred), including ztdummy for meetme. When complete I would like to have a simple method of rolling out further VEs quiclky as needed.
