Phase shift full bridge converter with ZVS simulation including control feedback simulation in matlab it has to be implemented as visual as possible with all elements shown: mosfets, choke, transformer, output inductor, capacitor and load resistor, feedback, reference voltage, error amplifier, correction circuit/PID, phase shift block, and pulses former driving the mosfets. Every mosfet has to contain a diode and capacitance across it, to be able to achieve ZVS. The simulation should allow to variate main parameters: Vin, Vou, Iout, Switching frequency. Develop schematics for an induction heating circuit controlled by a GPIO pin on ESP32. The circuit must be able to be current controlled and operate at a variety of different voltages. We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer with knowledge in current-fed inverters, LC-tanks, PID, mazelli oscillators, royer ZVS circuits, etc. to make schematics for such an induction circuit. Use of a 12V SLA Battery to charge a 450V 2700uF Capacitor with a 45V-390V ZVS Capacitor Charging Module to fire an Electromagnetic Solenoid using Arduino with a MOS Driver Module IRF520. I want to use: Arduino and use the full capacity of the Capacitor. Standard 5V relays (with Arduino) only go to 250V. Instead I have the MOS Driver. zvs quasi resonance buck boost converter matlab simulation

Using an induction coil with a diameter of 18 inches we are looking to increase the b-field and not overload the ZVS driver. It will be an 1,800 watt ZVS driver. The coil will be wrapped around an 18 inch pie plate 1 inch tall made of ferrous as well as a bar of ferrous material in the center of the pie plate. Its purpose is to boil water. I need to calculate the number of times the coil needs to be wrapped and the gauge of the wire. Pancake method is not an option for the design. Purpose is to be able to stack multiple pie plates on top of each other while still being able to maintain 1,800 watts. Number of pie plates may range from 5-20 stacked.

I have a LTspice model of a quasi-resonant heating device based on a induction cooker. I have built the prototype but the component are overheating due to poor ZVS. I can provide the LTspice model, some design tool and bibliography. But I require help on the right selection of C, L, Ton, Toff and operating frequency. My application is for a device with a fixed load. Operating frequency can be selected close to resonant frequency.
