TAPI Screen pop using keystrokes macro into Sage Act

We require a software application to work on Windows 7 and XP pro. All data to be recorded in a database ideally SQL. Application must look at data passed to it by TAPI for incoming calls. The application needs to have the ability of the user pressing a button and the application will then perform a keystoke search in SAGE ACT 2010 from information given to it from TAPI and then answer the call. We currently have this system but the company's product is not as good as it could be. Each person would need the ability of having a login so data can be reported upon. Also the ability of logging in and out which would in turn talk to the users extension to make there phone Do not disturb. We use AVAYA IP office with 5410 phones.
