iOS App Already Live needs new functions & code rewriting

It's an RSS based application already live on the App Store that has poor code from the previous developer.
What needs to be done
-ios7 compatible
- Re-write some of the functions
- We have recently redesigned our website and the previous developer used some weird ways to pull information from the RSS XML file instead of simple ways therefore we have designed specific RSS xml pages for the app and we need to implement those. All the files are ready.
- Add Search to the app through (ready design) wordpress search
- Use [url removed, login to view] API to sign in with facebook and twitter in the beginning of the page and be able to save articles from rss.
- Creation of 1 Login Page (after splash screen)
- Creation of Wishlists page (using [url removed, login to view]) (by pulling data from [url removed, login to view] aPI)
- Creation of 1 more button based on RSS XML File
