Complete work on a previously unfinished program that allows the user to score three cross country teams at point in a race. - There will be an onscreen Start/Stop button which starts the clock. If the user were to score the meet at several splits during the race, split times for the user's team will be recorded. - There will be an on screen Next button that saves the previous splits for user's teams (to memo) and the team scores for the split. - The screen will display: a) an overall time b) the leader lap time for the last split (ex 5:00 at mile one, 10:00 at mile 2, 15:00 at mile three) c) the five man team score at the last split Program must support all Palm Computing Platform machines (Palm V, Palm IIIx, Palm III, PalmPilot, Pilot 1000/5000, Sony Clies, etc)
## Deliverables
1) Beta version issued first followed by debugging resulting in a complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form, as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Debugging for up to one year
