hello,
I need a script for image processing.
In a .xls list there are links from which images shall be uploaded to my server, resized and renamed by using aria2c or other download manager which supports several connection at the same time, the new names are also in the .xls list, right now it uses fopen.
Another option is to download and rename first all the images to my server folder called original and in the second part to do a batch resize by the same logic it is in the existing script to 300x300 and 90x90 pixels.

The script is accessed through web-browser by opening for example:

right now it uses .xls files which are to be uploaded from local to server - in the .xls list in column a are the links and in column b are the new names.
I also attache a example .xls sheet for testing.
So as for the image resize everything shall be as it is in the script which you can find in the mentioned script.
The improvement suggestion is to use a download manager which supports multi threaded downloading for the first part of the work and for the second part of the work please make a suggestion.
The main reason for it is to make the process faster.
I am ready to discuss other options if you know some which will make it faster to work.
