Re-Write a Resume

I need a resume to re-write and give it a Professional look, (Please not that I need Professional looks, not simple one).
The resume is for a machinist, so I would prefer someone who knows about manufacturing and machines. And here's some important point to be noted:
Under job description it should just list the machines and the tolerances and dates worked.
Under skillet everything else all my skills listed under the job description in the best language possible.
And it should be highly focused on matching the other jobs can just be listed with the dates and years and a summary if the certifications in better terms like nvcc is the college then list the Certs.
This is a simple task for experienced person, please focus on grammar.
