Project Description:
We are looking for translators of English-Polish to translate approximately 6,000 words and phrases from English to Polish.
The translation is for a language-learning mobile application, for speakers of Polish to learn English.
The content to be translated is in the form of individual words, not sentences. It is basically a list of basic English vocabulary. The level of difficulty ranges from Starter (A1) to Upper Intermediate (B1-B2). For example:
to hear
yard
to discuss
bird
on the street
washing machine
If you are a confident speaker of English, you will not find the vocabulary difficult.
You will add your translations directly into a Microsoft Excel document that we will provide you with. The Polish translations will be added next to the English words. You will be able to see the context that the words are used in (questions and answers), so the meaning of the words in context will be clear.
It is very important that all translations are accurate, so we are looking to trustworthy and professional translators.
We will need the full translation 5 days after you begin. Please bid only if you will be able to finish the project on time. A rough estimate might be 15 hours of translation time.
