I need a simple web cam page where several users can communicate with each other in real-time via video. The site may use flash for instance, and should remember users. I would like to have 4 or more web cam streams live next to each other, so after logging in user 1 can see user 2,3 and 4, and choose which user’s audio to listen to.

Very simple design, first the start page where you can choose to log-in by pressing a button and enter the details. Pressing “log in” should make a pop-up-window appear just big enough to fit the four video boxes.

The code must be very clean and very easy to add more code to. The less code the better.

I’ve ordered simple jobs like this before, so please give me your best price for an effective solution. If all goes well there should be more work to do for a good provider of clean code.
