Wordpress site like [login to view URL]

I need a site very much like boagworld.com. The site will be [url removed, login to view] and will provide all the same functionality as [url removed, login to view] except that the site will not be about web design, it will be a place of Catholic education and community for those interested in learning and sharing more about the Catholic faith. The work will involve creating a site using Wordpress that includes all the functionality of [url removed, login to view], but with a different color scheme, new logo, and new graphics. All graphics and a simple logo are required. None of the graphics from [url removed, login to view] will be used. The site will have the same stucture, but must not look like a copy. If you or any developer involved is Catholic then let us know. The site must be XHTML 1.1 strict and fully web standards compliant. Please provide examples of Wordpress sites and web standards compliant sites you have done. The site must pass the following validations: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view]

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
