Detail-Oriented Social Media Agency Assistant
$2-5 USD / hour
Job Description:
Our fast-paced social media agency is seeking an accountable and consistent Social Media Administrative Assistant who is ready to tackle a variety of tasks within our organization. This individual will be an integral part of our team, helping us manage and organize our diverse range of social media activities.
The right candidate is not only skilled in executing clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), but also proactively asks questions when things are unclear. They should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and the ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting revenue calculations for the agency.
Posting on various social media accounts as required.
Checking for any outstanding custom content that needs to be created or sent.
Regularly reviewing and organizing our OF vault and Google Drive.
Communicating effectively with the Chatting Supervisor and TikTok Manager to request and verify new content (scripts, voice notes, or custom materials).
Ensuring that new voice notes, scripts, or custom materials are well-organized on Google Drive and uploaded to the OF.
Promptly notifying the team about any missing content and following up until the content is delivered.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Google Drive and other common office software.
Understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Proactive, accountable, and reliable.
This is a remote position with a pay range of $1 to $5 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
