Migration Analysis for B2BUA to Opensips/Freeswitch

We are looking for someone to review a B2BUA component functional spec for a major migration from a proprietary platform onto Freeswitch or OpenSips. The purpose of the project is to define the scope of work, the expected performance capabilities, and most important, the feasibility of using Freeswitch or Opensips for this migration.
The call flows and requirements are somewhat complex. A migration document containing existing capabilities has already been written and what is needed for this project is a line by line analysis of what work is required to transfer that capability to a new system. Potential reviewers will receive the document after signing an NDA.
The deliverable must be a document that maps each requirement to the implementation plan (whether configuration or code changes are required and how difficult it will be to achieve the desired results) using Freeswitch or OpenSips.
