1. Restaurant Space : around 2700 sf
2. Restaurant Type : Japanese Hibachi & Sushi Restaurant
3. Design Restaurant Space : around 1800 sf .
Office Space : around 900 sf ( With shower room)
4. Seat : 49 people, no more than 50 people
5. Equipment List : All the Equipment are list in the Equipment List File
6. Sampler restaurant are attached

This of course is not my entry which I will accomplish withing the next 36 hours but I wanted to show you how an exciting but small space could work. I have designed several Japanese style restaurants as Sushi, Steak Houses and what have you, in the past in the Boston area.
