يأخذ الطابع الإسلامي / التقليدي التراثي
يوحي للزائر انه داخل قرية تراثية مبنية على الطراز القديم العُماني

ويغلب على التصميم البساطة وخلق بيئة بدوية يوحي للزائر بانه في مكان بعيد عن الترف واضوضاء يشبه بيئة الصحراء

المواصفات المشروع؛
الارض ١٨٠٠٠ الف متر مربع
نرى ان تسقطع في وسط الارض مساحة لا يقل عن ٢٠٠٠ متر لعمل حديقة حيوانات كمزار لساكنين مع انشاء عن لا يقل ١٠ بيوت تراثية مع مسبح خاص لكل بيت ويرعى في التصميم الشوارع والمتزهات

ونرى ان تكون مساحة كل بيت شامل البناء والحديقة والمسبح ٢٠٠ متر من طابق واحد

مطلوب: إعداد هذي التصماميم مع إعطاء نموذج لبيت واحد عن طريق ٣دي مع توضيح المواد المستخدمة

Land size: 18,000 sqm

The design should have an arabian / islamic theme which will visitors will get the feeling that they have entered heritage village using an Omani architectural design.

The design should be simple and create a badwin environment which will the visitor should feel that they are away from the city similar to the desert but in a modernise way.

We see that we take a 2000 sqm area in the middle of the land to be able to make a small zoo which the visitors can visit for an entertainment and make 10 one floor small heritage villas which all have their own swimming pool and a garden, approximately 200 sqm per villa.

Also the design should consider the walk path and roads.

The requirements is to submit a proposal with a 3D render of the whole project layout and one villa 3D render with the materials that will be used.

This is the first stage of the project, winner will be able to come and visit the site (our responsibility for ticket and accommodation) and make the final drawings of the project.
