This place is exceptional. we are 15 minutes from a beach like an atole, sand .... at the same time behind there is a mountain 2000m high. at the beach there are plenty of noisy hotels, nightclubs etc. we are isolated. complete silence. we do a lot of paragliding. I plan to rent from paragliding or tracking clubs. there will be many of them without necessarily knowing each other intimately. during the day they will do activities and in the evening or in the morning tranquility. maybe their partner who does not necessarily do the same activity will benefit from the tranquility and the view. they must be given the same comfort as a small hotel in a private villa atmosphere. I hope you understand me better now.

afterwards I also have to ask a design office for stability calculations, electrical plans, plumbing, heating, etc. here some already send me super pretty images but which do not correspond to my indications. but these I will keep in touch for the rest of 3d. for example I have just received a project exactly a copy of my project 14 years ago for which the settlers are already built. but I don't want it because it's not realistic for profitability.

this is a message that I sent to one of the participants who is doing a very nice project. I would even say that it was the starting project 14 years ago. but apparently he has not read the indications to understand that there are restrictions and wishes that must be taken into account. I put this message here so that everyone benefits from it. at the start I won't let you give too many details. and I don't want to change everything you do. otherwise I won't get anything more than what was in my head before I even started here. as long as the number of rooms and the necessary space are there and there is consistency, it's good. there is a 99% chance that I will not carry out any of the projects that will be offered to me. if I pick up a few ideas to enhance what I already have, it's a win for me. after that, I'm still going to redraw the final project myself. so that day I will ask to reproduce my drawings in 3d with texture hoping to receive new ideas for coatings etc.

this is valid for everyone: don't rush for 3D, it's not the most important thing anymore. the most important thing is to find the right layout of the ground floor and the bedrooms. if necessary I will do another contest for the 3d once the ideas are fixed. let's not stay fixed on some starting idea even if we have other better ideas.

it's better that you send it as you go to have a chance and the time to correct in the right direction. I'm sure that among those who haven't sent anything yet and who are waiting for the last minute, there is a risk of coming up with a project that may be great but that does not suit my realities or my tastes. so do not hesitate to communicate to me as much as possible. I am available to answer you as many times as necessary. it's true that I'm learning to use this site at the same time.

I repeat: you need a kitchen on the ground floor, salmon, stairs, technical room for a generator, washing machine, water purification with pumps, food reserve, storage room. a bar. tv room... on the first floor 4 bedrooms, two of which are main on the sides. with bathroom. the two main ones with zakouzzi and the other two just showers, no begnopir. the last floor under the roof must be discreet seen from the outside. at the back of the side of the street we will hardly see that the whole is inhabited. just a corridor with the outer wall of 150 cm. and low windows. the roof is flat and tilted towards the back. in front of a private terrace of 150 cm for the 3 bedrooms. each floor we move back 150 cm from the floor below.

under the roof there are 3 bedrooms. each. rooms has its private terrace in front. the roof is almost flat. seen from behind we do not see that it is inhabited. because the wall at the back of the rooms will be 150 cm high. the flat roof slopes backwards. the walls in front of the 3 bedrooms are all glazed. you can shift the rooms in relation to the others. they should not be aligned.

there was another project a few years before. the columns should not be taken into account. we must respect the outlines that I drew for each level. we can't exceed them and we don't want to waste space by using less. because imagine this space as a balcony. I will draw pictures to better explain. I just received the height measurements. the road glued to the rear facade is a private interior road. we can stop to unload without problem. after we will design a closed garage next to the entrance. but for the moment we can't do it so as not to have problems with the authorities.

    hi...ch
I find this contest interesting, I have read some of the existing descriptions.
There are a few questions regarding that:
    1. the current condition has entered the construction stage with the installation of several structural columns, so I interpret it that the current column construction must be able to be used for the new plan, is that correct? the column to adjust to the new space plan, so that the already installed column can be used
2.Is there no distance between the main road for vehicle access to your villa?...that means at the entrance area in the upper right corner of the half circle there is no front yard or open space for vehicle access or parking
    3. Approximately how much is the difference in the height of the contour between the entrance to the edge of the pool?
sorry if my interpretation is wrong
maybe this question can help me to make a better space plan...thank you

There are things I don't understand about your drawing. on the ground floor, the living room, kitchen must all be in the foreground to take advantage of the exceptional view. the importance of this place is the view. behind the side of the road there is a wall in front. no view. you have to put all the techniques there, laundry, food stock, heating, the entrance vestibul etc. you should not try to subdivide into small parts. we can create separations by furniture or with light glass walls if necessary. it's good to have a cabin to get dressed after the pool without having to cross the living room to go to your bedroom. A pool shower. also a toilet well insulated for noise and which does not directly overlook the living room for example.

10° the 3 bedrooms at the roof level must be offset so that there is privacy between them.
11° the drawing that I provided to you from the beginning, there is the swimming pool in front. she cannot change places. it should not be taken inside the building. there is a square on the left of the drawing which is +/- 4m on a side. it is a kind of balcony which is in front which will have an exceptional view of the cliff.

5° 4 bedrooms on the first floor. with bathroom. No balcony, large window down to the floor for the view.
6° 3 bedrooms under the roof.
7° it is necessary to waste as little space as possible for the corridors which deserve the rooms.
8° the roof will be a flat roof, inclined (between 15° and 20°) towards the back side of the road to collect rainwater.
9° provide a balcony all along the front facade for the floor under the roof. deep two 2 m.

3° the towers must be a quarter circle on the ground floor and almost a half circle on the first floor and practically whole at roof level.
4° between the swimming pool and the ground floor, the terrace will be almost covered by the ceiling of the first floor. the floor of the first floor in front will be aligned 1.5m from the inside edge of the pool. thus the large living room will be open in summer but can be closed by removable glass walls. but this space will be protected from the sun. thus we will have at the same time the impression of having an indoor swimming pool.

I didn't want to give you too many indications so as not to prevent you from having good ideas. but I see that some go in the wrong directions. so I decided to impose some important points on you so that no one wastes their time. The essential points that must be strictly observed are:
1° no bedroom on the ground floor.
2° the entrance is on the left when facing the sea. on the map this corresponds to the top right of the map. the staircase inside the tower.

the entrance must be at the top right corner of the plan when you are facing the house and your back to the sea and the cliff. the staircase must be in the half round tower. We have to keep the two half circles on the sides to keep a minimum of what was already built with respect to the authorizations.

If you provide your feedback/comments here on the public clarification board in that case everyone will see what you mentioned. But my proposal was sealed, no one can see my plan. only you can see. many people will do copycat design for that reason many contestants make their contest design sealed to make it private. it will be better if the contest you make is sealed. in that way, you will get better conceptual designs from the capable contestant. In general, contest, the holder provides his remark/comment on a specific entry submitted by the freelancer.

the place is exceptional for the side view in front of the swimming pool. and the back is not pretty at all. there is the road and a wall. no view. I want the front open. like the sample photos. on the ground floor no bedroom. only living room, kitchen, swimming pool terrace. everything must be for the view. as little wall as possible so as not to hide this exceptional landscape. that's why I put the satelite photos. we will have ground floor, 1st floor, and roof. 6 to 8 bedrooms upstairs is enough. no bedroom on the ground floor. the entrance must be on the right of the drawing when you are facing the house and your back to the sea. otherwise you are blocking the road with the car. the ground floor can be semi-open around the pool. people will come for the holidays t appreciate the view from the house. less possible wall in front. and large spaces

it is not necessary to have a lot of small parts. it's better to have large bedrooms, one or more living rooms on the ground floor, large modern kitchen, a bar area which can also communicate with the swimming pool. an open living room near the swimming pool but which is covered above... we still have the possibility of making 3 levels. here we have almost 150m2 x 3 floors = 450 m2
