Contest Brief

Develop two building concepts:
1) Fully detached 4 bed
2) Two semi detached 3 bedroom duplexes. See details below:

Allow 3m minimum building to wall offset

1) 4 bedroom duplex - Square Plot size - 17m x 15m. Developed area = 90sqm (9m x 10m). 3bedrooms with all toilets en-suite upstairs. Living room + ante room + dining + kitchen + guest room w toilet + guest toilet on ground floor. Hip roof designs.

2) 2 units of 3bedroom semi-detached duplex. Plot size - 15m x 25m. Developed area 81 x 2 sqm (9m x 9m). 3bedrooms with all toilets en-suite upstairs. Living room + ante room + dining + kitchen + guest room + guest toilet ground floor. Hip/Gable roof designs

Submissions will include:

PDF and JPEG views of
1) Plot layout
2) Building plans
3) All elevations
4) Select sectional views
5) Dimensions
for both layouts.
